Services starting at $300 and up

Partial Planning

Our Partial Planning Package is tailored for couples who have already made some decisions for their wedding day and require less assistance than the Elite Package. It allows couples to be more involved on their planning (i.e. finding their own vendors or venue, etc.) while receiving our professional guidance on the more difficult details.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborative approach, where you remain involved in decision-making

• Vendor recommendations (photographers, caterers, florists, etc.)

• Venue recommendations

• includes partial communications, we would meet every so often to make sure you are staying on target for progress on planning

• Assisting with wedding rehearsal

• Ensuring that all ceremony and reception items are set up at the venue

• Being onsite for vendor load-in and setup as well as break down and clean-up

• Distribution of final payments to vendors

• Assistance with guest accommodations and transportation, if needed

• Limited involvement on RSVP's and guest head count

• Assistance with specific aspects of wedding planning based on your preferences

• On-site coordination and management

• Creating the day of schedule for all parties (groom, bride, ceromony, reception, speeches, dances, etc.)

Planning Services starting $3,500 and Up

Elite Full Service Package

Full planning of the entire process of events from start to finish. This is our most elite, hands on package. We understand the importance of your big day and we are here to deliver the upmost service. With unlimited communication and guidance over a 12-24 month period. We customize this package to fit your individual needs as each couple is unique. Let us handle all the smallest details and guide you through the planning process, so you can sit back and enjoy your engagement. Contact us for a proposal.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Researching and selection of possible venues, with this package we will assist with viewing the property with you if needed

• Assistance with wedding theme and design concept

• Vendor recommendations and negotiations (photographers, caterers, florists, etc.)

• Assisting with planning of Bachelorette / Bachelor parties ( this would include locations, attractions in those areas, places to go for dinner, activities, etc.

• Coordinating with vendors prior to the event as well as day of the wedding to ensure staying on timeline.

• Creating the day of schedule for all parties (groom, bride, ceromony, reception, speeches, dances, etc.)

• Guidance for wedding favors and gift selection, if desired

• Assistance with wedding stationery and invitations

• Guest and RSVP tracking

• Assistance with budgeting and financial planning

• Assistance with wedding attire selection and fittings

• Help with vow writing

• Ensure you get exactly the photos or videos you sought so you don't forget (this one is huge, many brides have a vision of what photos they want and they are so busy the day of, they forget and then regret, we wont let that happen)

• Providing creative ideas and inspiration for songs, dances, speeches, etc

• Assisting with wedding rehearsal
